Certification

Certification is accredited according to participants demonstrated competancies. If the participant can demonstrate competancy in the given programs training outcomes, he or she will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement

If competency cannot be demonstrated at the end of the training period the participant will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance, providing the participant has attended 80% of classes.  The Certificate of Attendance can be converted to a Certificate of Achievement at a later date, providing the participant can demonstrate competency for the given program, in accordance to it's training outcomes
