Course Outcomes

By the end of the program the participant will be able to;

• Define the terms computer and computer system
• Differentiate between different computer components
• Define the terms ‘hardware’ and ‘software’ and give examples of each
• Differentiate between ‘application software’ and ‘operating system’
• Demonstrate the ability to manage files under Windows operating system
• Start and close programs
• Define the basic elements of Windows operating system
• Use basic programs that are part of the Windows operating system

All participants will be issued relevant Certificates of Achievement upon completion of the program
