The course will introduce participants to the advanced features of Microsoft project 2003. It assumes prior knowledge of project management and basic use of Microsoft project 2003. Basic use of computers is assumed. The participants will be issued certificates of achievement if they attend more than 80% of scheduled contact hours, else they will receive a certificate of participation

Upon completion of the course the participant will be able to;

• Analyse and Resolve Resource Conflicts
• Track Project Progress and Generate Reports
• Work with Multiple Projects and Resource Pools
